Coverage Tiers
Full Structural Warranty
All GripRack systems are covered for 12 months from date of purchase against any defects in materials or workmanship. This includes the suction cup assembly, pressure gauge mechanism, aluminum clamp rail, quick-release clamps, seat strap, and wheel stabilization line. Defective units are replaced at no charge, including return shipping.
Engineering Support
GripRack customers receive lifetime access to our technical support team for installation questions, compatibility verification, and product guidance. We stand behind our engineering indefinitely.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Not completely satisfied? Return your GripRack within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. We are confident you will love it — but your trust matters more than the sale.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, use beyond the stated 660 lb weight limit, failure to maintain adequate suction pressure, use on incompatible surfaces, or normal wear to consumable components such as the suction cup silicone rim.
Modifications to the product void the warranty. GripRack is not liable for any vehicle damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow installation guidelines.
How to File a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, email warranty@griprack.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps. Approved claims are fulfilled within 7 business days.
